Payment and Shipping
Orders
After placing your order, make sure you receive the confirmation in the email you used to register.
Orders are considered completed when:
- As soon as the payment made by bank transfer is confirmed. It is necessary to send the proof of payment to the email geral@fragaleiria.pt. In case you are unable to send this email, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible, in order to find an alternative solution to the above mentioned email address.
- as soon as the payment made by ATM reference is confirmed.

Shipping Deadlines
a) After payment has been made and successfully confirmed by FRAGAleira, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase. At that moment, the process of sending the order begins, which will be shipped within two working days following confirmation.
b) The moment the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment, as well as the invoice corresponding to your purchase. At this stage the delivery period stipulated depending on the destination begins (see table below).

c) When the order is collected by CTT Expresso, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
