If you find flaws in the item you have purchased, FRAGAleira expresses the most sincere apologies.

We do not fix articles unless it is confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect.


In this case, and if it is not possible to repair the defect, FRAGAleira undertakes to return the entire value of the item.

FRAGAleira is not responsible for misuse or inadequate washing of items.


Each piece is accompanied by a label with indications on its correct use.


The item can be returned via carrier/CTT Expresso and the procedure is as follows:

a) Send an email to FRAGAleira with the following information:

  • Full name;
  • Email you want to be contacted;
  • Phone number;
  • Article reference and size;
  • Invoice number and date;
  • Description of the flaw;
  • Explicit photographs of the flaw.

b) The submitted photographs and the description of the defect will be analyzed by our quality control. If it appears to be a manufacturing defect, the Customer Support team will request the item submission to our facilities, at no additional cost.

After receiving the item in our facilities, the quality control team will analyze the defect again and will give its opinion within 4 working days.
If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the Customer Support team will inform the stipulated period for the repair of the item, or, if applicable, the refund of the full amount paid.


If it is confirmed that the defect was caused by misuse by the customer, FRAGAleira does not accept the return, nor proceed with the repair. Sending back the item in question is no longer the responsibility of the brand.
