If you find any defects in the article you have bought, we offer our sincere apology.

We do not do repairs, unless there is proof of a manufacturing defect. In this case, if it is not possible to repair the defect, FRAGAleiria promises to return in full the value of the article.

FRAGAleiria takes no responsibility in the case of ill-usage or inappropriate washing of the articles.

Each garment comes with a label with instructions for correct usage.

The article may be returned through the transporter/CTT Expresso using the following procedure:

a) Send an email to FRAGAleiria with the following information:

  • • Full name
  • • Email by which you want to be contacted
  • • Telephone number
  • • Reference and size of the article
  • • Number and date of the invoice
  • • Description of the defect
  • • Clear photographs of the defect

b) The photographs sent and the description of the defect will be analysed by our quality control. If it appears to be a manufacturing defect, the Customer Service team will request the article to be returned, with no additional costs.

After reception of the article at our establishment, the quality control team will once again examine the defect and give you our opinion within 4 working days.

In the case of it being a manufacturing defect, the Customer Service team will inform you either of the time it will take to repair the article, or give you back the total cost of the returned item.

In the case of a defect caused by ill-usage on the part of the client FRAGAleiria will neither accept return of the article, nor proceed with the repair. Returning the article in question ceases to be the responsibility of the brand.
